Jasper "Jack" Gallows was born on April 16, 1748 in London, England to Dr. Giles Gallows and his wife, Elizabeth (nee Whetmore). Jack attended Oxford University where he read to a Master of Laws in 1770 before moving to Charleston, South Carolina in 1773 to open a law practice. He has since been practicing law actively in addition to serving in the State Legislature for a time, and the House of Representatives. He has also been a frequent contributor to several local papers and some national news papers as well. Gallows has been marked as a Tory, politically, and normally seeks to protect traditional values and to implement traditional systems of government where possible. He continues his legal practice whilst serving in the House of Representatives. Gallows is married with six children and is a member of the Anglican Church.

Independent was the intention. If I have to choose, it'll likely be Federalist.
