A BILL
The Territory of Kentucky having petitioned the Congress to be admitted as a member of the United States, ,
Be it enacted by the Senate an House of Representatives assembled,
1: Beginning upon 30 days after passage the Territory of Kentucky shall be received and admitted into the Union as a new and entire member of the United States of America.
2: Until such a point that representatives in congress shall be apportioned according to actual enumeration of the inhabitants that the State of Kentucky be entitled to choose two Representatives.
