I applaud on behalf of the entirety of my constituency your recent efforts to civilize to Western standards. What we cannot tolerate, however, is the continued refusal of your people to acknowledge the suzerainty of the state legislature of Georgia over all its people, citizens or lower. If you complain of the dictates enforced by your enemies by arms, you should cooperate with these dictates to begin with until full civilization has been reached, at which point we can consider granting some degree of representation.
I thank you for your services and better-than-average treatment of the white settlers on your lands, but remind you that this is not an encroachment but the colonization of legal territories of the United States. Unlike the efforts of your discredited British former allies, the movements beyond the demarcation line represent independent initiative and the pursuit of individual interests. The land is unused, so why the complaints?
We wish you best in your continued reforms and thank you in advance for your upcoming change in policy.
