1. One Account per human player
Each member may only have one account per human player unless approved by the Administrative board. Members may sign in and out their main character and multis as provided by the game rules, but must do so under one account. All characters, including multis, must be registered under one central account.
2. Civility of members in and out of character
Members are expected to treat each other with respect in and out of character. Intentional aggravation directed to another player, admin, or group of players and admins shall be regarded as breaking these rules. The Administrative Board will respect and evaluate appropriately whether issues such as racism, sexism, and other discriminatory subjects fit appropriately with the timeline. Appeals to this rule may be filed with the administrative board, but the decision of the administrators stands unless overturned by either the issuing admin or a majority of the administrative board.
3. Inappropriate of Illegal posts
Members may not post materials that violate the laws of the United States of America, or laws that violate laws in their respective state and/or country. Members are also banned from posting obscene, inappropriate, or explicit images, including but not limited to pornography and excessive gore.
4. Private Information
Members are advised to not post their personal information online. However, posting information of any other member other than themselves is forbidden.
5. Metagaming
Metagaming is the act of using the outcome of real life events to influence the actions of in game events. While realistic actions are allowed, metagaming is not allowed. Examples of this are using the results of battles in deciding military strategy, preemptively tackling problems not a problem at the time, etc. Due to the flexibility of this definition, the Admin board has the right to interpret metagaming, and hear appeals to metagaming punishments.
6. The Law of Legitimacy
Unless in conflict with written game rules, the rule of the Admin is law. If a problem is found with the word of an Administrator, then player may appeal the decision. The exception to this is cases that violate these terms of service, in which an appeal is only taken at the decision of the Chief Administrator and/or Owner. An appeal is won by a simple majority of Admins ruling in favor of the appeal.
7. Out of Forum Communication
The administrative staff does not police the behavior of out of forum communication. However, no agreement, in or out of character, shall be enforced without Admin approval on the board. No communications outside the board shall be exposed unless given Administrative approval.
8. Right of Administrative Interpretation
Unless stated in these terms of service or the game rules, the Administrators have the right to act on what they think is best for the game. In addition, Administrators have the right to interpret the written rules, if they are vague enough to require interpretation, as they see best for the game. This right is guaranteed to anyone masked as an Administrator, and is necessary to run the game in an efficient manner.
