Multi/Character Rules

In the time of the late 18th century, the common peasant farmer did not have much sway in the political field. In fact, many politicians of the early United States were considerably wealthy, either inheriting or growing a fortune by experience. While players will not "inherit" a fortune, they will be given an opportunity to make something of either themselves or a multi.
Types of Characters
For each surrogate point elected by your attributes, you will be given the option to create a multi. While there are many options for multis, the main options are listed here Note surrogate points stack so you may earn another multi witb a multi:
-Legislative Member (House, Senate, etc.)
-Executive Member (President, Prime Minister, Cabinet)
-Judicial Member (Supreme Court, Attorney, etc.)
-Diplomat (Ambassador)
-State Level Executive (Governor)
-Business Mogul (Newspaper and other, see separate rules)
-Military Character (Start as Colonel, can work way up through victory and/or valor)

Attributes will be selected for each character, main and multi, that you possess. You will be given 3 points to spend, with some attributes costing points and some reimbursing points for negative attributes. Attributes shall be important for certain attributes, as well as for surrogate points, which shall allow you to have a multi/point.
Death
Inevitably, your character will die. If this happens, which it will, be prepared with a will! If your character does not have a will 24 hours after the death is announced, all his assets will be lost. You shall also receive character compensation, ranging from $0 to $5000 depending on the achievements of said character.
