The actions taken by both the HML and the Deputy Speaker are highly inappropriate. You will not act in such an unbecoming manner again. You both have made yourselves and this party look like fools. I will be looking farther into this issue but be warned that I will not accept this kind of behaviour.
Edit: There is to be no further discussion of the issue by either of you. If you wish to talk to me, do so via AIM or PM, not the WR and not in public.

Chairman's Directive #2I will have severely reduced activity until Saturday because I'm on a service trip to the nice but bloody hot state of Alabama. So, all duties and powers which the chairman may discharge are given to Matthew Whitney of New Jersey (Elkins) as Deputy Party Chairman. It is so Ordered.

I would like to address the motion to remove me. While I understand that many members of the party were not on board, nor do I really need to explain myself, I still feel that I should offer an explanation.
As I mentioned somewhat above, I went to roof a house with about 20 other people for a nearly homeless man in Alabama whose wife had left him due to his living conditions. I did this for no pay and lost a week's salary at my real job. I'm not religious either, so I did this not for some reward in the afterlife, but because it was the right thing to do for a man who needed it. Roofs, as you may know, are significantly hotter than the ambient air temperature due to their colour and material, meaning that I regularly worked for over 6 hours in +110°F heat. Now, if you want to throw a fit over that fact that I did that (while notifying the party) instead of sitting here at my computer doing nothing for the reduction of world-suck, that's up to you.
That is all.

Chairman's Directive #3Effective immediately, Mr. Andrew Beaumont shall discharge the office Chairman, and I shall step down from the position. Mr. Matthew Whitney of New Jersey is removed from his office for failure to discharge his duties and for the expiration of my tenure. Thank you all for the opportunity to lead you. I hope to continue to contribute to this caucus. It is so Ordered.
