It is my view that regular Chair elections should be held to ensure that the leadership of the party remains active, competent, and strong.

(3) An election for Chairman will be held in each even numbered year, or whenever the Chairman resigns, or whenever a member moves for a Vote of Confidence in the Chairman, and within twenty-four hours of such motion, another member seconds such motion, and in the ensuing vote, which shall be administered by the Chairman, and which shall last for forty-eight hours, more than half of the members vote in the negative.
