Requests for appropriations from the Executive Branch will be posted here. Fulfillment of requests would be made via the creation of legislation by any member in the chamber, and subsequently debated and voted upon like any other piece of legislation.

The Treasury Department requests a sum of $110,000 for the year 1791, for the construction and armament of ten schooners and recruitment of one hundred and eighty mariners for the purposes of revenue collection under the Revenue Act of 1789.

Appropriation Requests from the Executive for the year 1792, ending Spring 1793:
Department of the Army - $110,000
Department of the Navy - $290,000
Department of Treasury - $140,000 Department of State - $40,000 Civil Salaries - $155,000 Pensions - $69,000
Treasure Hamilton also requests Congress for the enactment of an additional revenue stream for the purposes of paying off the debt assumed last year.
The amount stipulated above does not include the request for the acquisition of schooners for the revenue service.
