I'm postponing the election for a day to give you folks enough time to plan. Disregard appropriations for the First Congressional Budget for the year ending 1792, passage for that appropriations bill will only be for the year ending 1791.
I will rework the budgetary process.

I accidentally forgot two marquee House races last night, and they are both big ones (Maryland and Connecticut). The Master Election List has been updated. Since most players have already campaigned today, I am extending the election for all races an additional day. The new game calendar is:

The House Roster has been completely updated for the 2nd Congress. The Available Seats post has also been updated. Senate results come later, I'm going to bed. Thank you folks for a terrific election. This was hands down the best one yet in CIL. |

I'm very happy to say that bluto is joining the admin team. He will be a floating admin, meaning that he is helping out wherever needed. If a part of the game starts to lag behind (military and correspondences come to mind), he'll step in to get things moving. |

The Executive has requested appropriations to the Congress for the year 1792. Please note that this is not a formal bill, and that the controlling party/parties may alter the amounts prior, and add additional provisions through the introduction of a bill in the Hopper.
It must be noted that you must pass a spending bill before the next session (Spring 1792) or the executive will NOT be funded.

Activity has decreased a bit, but the game will continue on. Please tell folks about the game to get some new blood in. In an effort to help activity, terrus is joining the admin team to focus on roleplay elements of the game, including correspondences. Additionally, next week we will be unveiling the business minigame that has been talked about for quite some time. It is being designed to not only give characters IC incentive for their actions, but also to give players something fun to do on a day-to-day basis. |

I'm very happy to announce that I am now back to Conceived in Liberty. I would like to thank everyone (especially Bruce) for their patience while I finished up my exams. I'm taking today to play catch up and will be ready to rock n roll tomorrow.

As not a single player has signed the roll call, I think it's time to pull the plug on this round. Conceived in Liberty: The Federalist Schism has concluded. Thank you all for a fun round. There will undoubtedly be a new round at some point in the future.
