The New York Daily Times has acquired the National Inquirer from James Terrus for $35.
James Terrus has transferred 32 shares of the New York Daily Times company to David Lee. Terrus will act as Lee's proxy until he says otherwise, however.

James Terrus is now seeking to sell 50 shares of NYDT stock. Please post here if you are an interested in buying. The NYDT pays dividends to stockholders equivalent to 20% of profits (divided amongst stockholders). NYDT stock last sold for more than a dollar a share, but Terrus would be willing to hear offers for less.

(Just bumping in my eternal search to sell more stock. I'd like the NYDT to be a truly public company, which means my not owning the plurality of shares. Keep in mind, folks -- we do pay dividends annually.)

The NYDT skyrocketed in readership as a result, becoming the most read newspaper in the nation, and a newspaper distributed in every state of the nation.
